My life...everyday stuff

So, there are so many new things in life to try. I am especially fond of new experiences. I love seeing what things are made of and what they do.

For example..

The other day I was having my dad help me install a new ceiling fan in my dining room. I like doing around the house handy-man stuff but I was unsure of the electrical part. Dad got here and started putting things together. I asked my questions about how to do the electrical and learned alot. Its actualy not to hard and the fan I installed has very good instructions to help. Anyhow, the funny part was..my dad was installing the fan with the 3 inch extension that it comes with so the fan hangs down a little from the ceiling. I told him that we didn't need it..we could install the fan flush against the ceiling. He told me "No, you have to use this piece." Ok, so I didn't argue...but I did look at the instruction and smiled when I saw its say..'Optional extension installation'...so my dad is stubborn. Lol..but so am I. I ended up letting him install it his way because I was just glad to have some help.
